No Cloud Access

Nice to meet you, all!
I have a big issue about the access on My Cloud.
After stopping an indexing process and logging out action, I could not to re-login on My Cloud in order to re-enable signed user.
When I try to login, I get a blank browser page and there is no way to obtain the authenticated page.
Obviously I deleted all cookies, changed browser, reset 4 and 40 seconds procedure.
Can anyone try to help me? Many thanks
