No cifs access anymore

Hi,
my wd4ex has no cifs access anymore. ping is ok, web browser access is ok, ssh access is ok, but all windows share are not more connected. I did a reboot with no success.
What can I do?

Hi
I did some tests, if I change the networking to DHCP then it is working! (cifs) If I change backup to static IP, i get the same problem. How can I reset the networking only?

The reset switch on the back of the unit should reset basic networking functions on your unit. You can also run a system-only factory reset withing the Dashboard.
