No blue light on my My Cloud device

When I switch on my device (My Cloud) the blue light does not come on. Can anybody help please?

@fazakd01 If you have a 1st generation My Cloud, firmware 04.xx.xx, this is a known problem with it. After a few years it burns out and does not work. What are the LED lights on the rear doing?

If it’s working keep using it.

Thereare no led lights at the back. The only lights are where the connection to the broadband and that lights up green.
If I need to replace the device will I be able to move my photos and docume ts across?

@fazakd01 Which WD device do you own. I have two WD My Clouds, a 1st and a 2nd generation.
