No Backup Screen Displayed after downloading My Passport Ultra

I have just downloaded My Passport Ultra, supposedly successfully. However, no Backup screen icon appears on my desktop, neither does it appear on my programme menu. Any help would be appreciated

Hello,

You will need to go to the root of the drive and install the backup software that came with it. WD Smartware or WD Backup.
