Hi! One of my videos is not playing properly on the WD TV Live Plus. I am using the latest firmware.

When you say it is not playing properly what are the symptoms and connections HDMI composite?

The audio skips at the first 30 seconds of the movie then goes no sound at all. My other files are playing properly.

The WDTV Live only supports BP@L3.1, MP@L4.1 and HP@L4.1 for the H.264 codec.

HP@L5.1 is not supported by the Sigma chip (and thus not supported by the WDTV Live/Live Plus).

When you make your encodes, you’ll have to use settings that the device actually supports if you want them to actually play back on it.
