Firmware 1.15.10
Product SKU: 10417555
WD TV Live
Using HDMI Digital pass through. I’ve tried to auto detect or manual settings with different channels/AAC selected or unselected. One setting got it to work but then the audio didn’t work for my MKV’s. I changed back to get my MKV’s working and haven’t gotten MLB to work again.
I only found one previous post (below) on the subject and have tried his solution. He says the MLB.tv audio is AAC.

Any help would be appreciated.
Hi,
Please try to roll back the firmware to the previews version just for testing purposes.
Please try Firmware Ver. 1.14.09

Thanks, that appears to have fixed it.
So should I wait for the next firmware to update? Or just stick with this one?
I suppose I can always rollback to 1.14 if it doesn’t work…
Thanks again for the help.
IIRC, there was a message saying an upgrade to firmware v 1.15.10 was necessary for the 2013 MLB season. I tried rolling back to v1.14.09 and had the same problems: no audio, wrong innings, freezing, and spontaneous rebooting.
It appears my problem didn’t go away and it’s bigger than just MLB.tv.
The Youtube channel and MLB.tv start without audio. I found a fix online of playing an MKV first, which plays audio fine. Then I can open up either app and it will have audio.
