No apps available

My Cloud OS 3 Personal & Network Attached Storage My Cloud Mirror

Hi All,

When I try to add an app, one that used to come up in a list of packaged apps, I get a message saying that there are no apps available.  Could one or more of you kind people please help.

Hello diean, welcome to the WD Community. Can you share what firmware version does the My Cloud Mirror has installed? Have you tried doing a system only reset?
