No After Sale Service At All - WD My Book

Today I contacted WD Support via phone. I purchased a WD My Book about 37 days ago and it is faulty. I spoken to Daniel M (Western Digital Technical Support) he said to me that I am entitle to accelerated replacement at no cost to me and allows me to recovers the data in the drive. He said to me that I just need to fill in a form and that he sent the link to me. Upon checking the email that he sent me, there only a link to a data replacement companies. I am so disappointed at the service. It is obvious that the tactics is to distribute defected product, when it fail send the customer to another company.
