No acess to control painel of WD my personal cloud

I’m trying to access the WD panel for mypersonal cloud but it’s impossible.

After puting the name and password in the wd access logo it goes to the wd panel control but it leaves it immediattly, returning to the wd access logo. It is allways the same, it gets in but gets out immediatly to the first window of logo wd access control panel. Why?

I’m using windows 7 and mozila firefox browser.

Can anyone help me?

Are you trying to open your device or the Dashboard? Can you provide a image of what is showing?
