Has anyone had an issue of not being able to “explore” the NAS drive? I upgraded my computer and now I can no longer interact with the drive other than thru the web interface of the MyCloud app.
Does it have anything to do with the network workgroup name? All set to “WORKGROUP”.
Anything to do with the network being public or private?
I can no longer see my macs and vice versa. All sharing is on.
Firmware updates ran out years ago.
