I apologize beforehand if this question has been asked before here but i could not find any answer. I own a WD TV live with a 2TB HDD attached to it formatted as NTFS. When im streaming movies from my system (Kubuntu 14-04) sometimes the movies lag and i heard that if i change to NFS from Samba i should be getting better results. My question will be, is this possible to do? Can i set up a NFS share of my 2TB HDD (even if i have to reformat) on the WD TV Live so i can access from my systems via NFS? If so, can you provide some guidance? Thanks for your time.
No,the WD TV does not have NFS Server capability.
