Hi
I’ve just got a WD TV Live (model no WDBAAP0000NBK-01) and have all of my media on a NAS drive. Everything plays ok but I thought that there was a media library that would catalogue everything (and get info from the Internet - movie descriptions etc). There is an option in system to turn media library on or off but I’ve seen other people say that they have other functionality - am I missing something or did I get the wrong one??

You got the wrong one. You have the old Live player and not the the latest Live Streaming gen3 player.
