Newbie question : Shared email link not working

Hello !

I just recieved my my cloud 3TB, Installed it, Updated firmware to latest, Configured me as admin, And created shared folder with public access.

I also installed the my cloud android app, And for some unknown reason, When I share via email a link to one of the files on the my cloud drive (from public or from the folder i’ve created), It does send the link to my email, But it gived me “The page is not available” when I try to open it.

Are you testing that within the same network?

Also check to see if your firewall in blocking the connection.
