My new WDTV Live when i turn it on the power light went on for 2 seconds and then off. I did reset of device and unplug power adapter and then plug again… but nothing helps. Also i cant upgrade firmware… Who had same problem plese help me!

Are you plugging the device directly to the wall socket or on a power strip?
I have tryed both ways but it still turns off after 2-3 seconds
Sounds like you already took the proper steps. If it still doesn’t turn on, you probably have been unlucky and got a bad box. Return it for a new one.
That’s right contact WD they can replace it if the device is still under warranty
