New WDC HDD write protected?

Hello everyone,

i bought three new WDC 6TB WD Blue hard disks.
Two of them where write protected read-only, the other one works normally and could be
formatted and partitoned immediately without any problems.
The question now arises, why were two read-only and one not?
Have the two write-protected hard drives been in use?
What do you think?

The hard drives were bought from Amazon but bought through a third party.
CrystalDisk has indicated that the hard drive has been turned on 4 times and has been running for 17 hours.
