New WD40EZRZ "Raw Read Error Rate" dropped from 200 to 100 after 1st Tests

Hello,
i bought 2x WD40EZRZ and on 1 Drive the “Raw Read Error Rate” Values changed.

HDD1 “Raw Read Error Rate”
Value = 100
Worst = 253
Warn = 51
Data = 000000000000

HDD2 “Raw Read Error Rate” (like all my other WD HDDs)
Value = 200
Worst = 200
Warn = 51
Data = 000000000000

The only thing done with the drives is SMART Quick and Extended Tests and then written full with h2testw.

So, why does “Value” and “Worst” change while Data is still 0?
Should i return the Drive?

Ok,
now i checked the SMART Values which i saved directly after 1st Start.
And there both Drives have 100, 253.

Fresh Drives come with 100, 253 and after some “warm up” they change to 200, 200.

This can let a user think that something is bad with the drive.
I remember that i even sent back a brand new drive many many years ago because of this.

What is the meaning of this 100, 253 and then 200, 200 thing?
