New WD TV Play with out Vudu app

I have a new WD TV Play Streamer,  the remote control have the Vudu button but nothing happens when pressed.

The WD TV Play don’t have the on screen Vudu application icon …

Please somebody help me , I need Vudu …  

The WD TV Play have the latest firmware installed .

 I did factory restore !!    the problem persist  !!
