New WD Element SE Drive wont Mount

Hi have just purchased a new drive and followed the formatting instructions for Mac OS Mojave (#3865). It wont let me Mount. I can see the Mount button but nothing happens when I click. I have run First Aid and no difference plus I have checked that External Drives is ticked under Finder/Preferences/General
