New Users can't log in to PR 2100

I recently purchased a PR 2100. I set it up and can access it as admin and as the first user I added.The first user can access it via my cloud locally, remotely and via Mac desktop.
All subsequent users cannot log in. They get the message that the password is incorrect . IT isn’t.
Any help would be appreciated.


Please ensure an up-to-date firmware on the My Cloud PR2100:

Additionally, try the ‘Forgot Password’ option on for the successive users.
