I bought me a 250GB My Passport Essential hard drive yesterday (2/11). To backup my WHOLE computer, do you go to the “backup” tab & choose “run backup”? Me & my dad tried to do my itunes songs BEFORE I found out you had to confirm you registration? I this make it appear twice or did you havw to confirm it first?
Do you mean you got two confirmation emails ? I just registered mine and got two
