Window 10 installation.
Purchased 2 Passport Ultra 5TB drives and installed as S: and T:. Windows Discovery sees them fine. I installed with the USB cables received. They are in USB 3 ports. I have two 3TB WD drives on same machine and they work fine as backups
WD Backup does not see these two new drives and I can’t use them for the primary need, as backups.
Disks appear fine and I have checked to see if they accept files and such.
Any help appreciated.
