New to Cloud. Can I access my EX4100 if I'm not at home via internet

Hi all.
I’m new to using the Cloud and have purchased the Ex4100 as I do a bit of motorsport photography as a hobby. I can’t work out how to set it up so I can access it while I am away from home as I travel a bit for the motorsport and would like to access the Ex4100 whilst I’m away from home on my MacBook Pro if I use my phone as a hotspot to access the internet. Any advice would be appreciated.
