New Tablet-PC can't connected with the Cloud

Hi Guys,

i have connected my desktop and my mobile since half year ago, so right now with my new Tablet-PC i can’t connected to MyCloud, i don’t have idee why is not possibleble to conected my Network!?

i hope somebody have an idee for me

What have you tried so far? What happens if you use a an activation code instead of WiFi to link your devices?

I installed WDVloudMirror for connection, it isn’t work. I don’t how to put the code on my laptop?
