New software for the MacBook M1 Pro computer?

I have an updated M1 Pro 16” MacBook processor and I am having difficulties viewing HD using NTFS format. I need to update my WD, as I can view drive on previous Intel MacBook Pro, but will not work on the new MacBook Pro M1, MacOS Monterey. Do you have a solution or a download/updated software for this new Mac. Thanks
