I installed Mac utilities on new 4TB Passport. It shows up and opens on my Mac, but I cannot drag content onto the drive (I get a locked symbol, even when I command I the dive and unlock it). I did not set a password.

What is the file system format of new My Passport device?
If it is not in Mac supported file system format, recommend to change the file format into macOS Extended File Format or “HFS+” and then try to drag n drop data files onto it.
NOTE: It’s a DATA DESTRUCTIVE process and can’t be undone after processing.
