New OS5 - Standby mode is not working on my DL2100

Indexing is ready but standby mode is not working. Not after minutes and not after hours state of rest.

What’s the reason?

@Hapebb have the indexing and generating previews process completed 100%?
Have you installed any 3rd party apps such as Twonky, Plex or other?
Are you connected to a Share via SMB, AFP or have other devices reading or writing to the My Cloud?

100% indexing and generating previews are completed. There are no 3rd party apps and no SMB or AFP shares opened.

Only app connected to DL2100 is MyCloud app of my smartphone.

Please collect the my cloud system logs, send to support and let me know the case number.
