New on Live Duo. Need to resert and start again

I’m trying to set my new Book Live Duo and MyCloud and I had several problems. At first I had acces and I made some setting. But I couldn´t accese remote with the Cloud so I desided to reseted the divise. Now I can’t get the dashbord to reset completly or do anything. I get these message: Google chrome could not connect to the 169.254.10.xxx 

How can I star all over againe?

Try resetting the unit manually.
