New MyCloud Registration issues....Don't receive email with login detatls

I found my device followed the web instructions and am still waiting for my login detail.

I thought there was an error and registration was not sent so I did it again and it says “already registered”

Can I find my MyCloud account and logon somewhere on the interweb?

You should have shortcut icons on your desktop that will open up your My Cloud. See example image below.

It is always important to remember all user names and passwords you create even if that requires writing them down.

What devices are you using, are they Microsoft or Apple, and how are you trying to open up your My Cloud?
