New my cloud not showing up on wd2go

Hello,

I recently added a second my cloud to my network. Everything works fine and I can access it on my android app when I’m away from home. The only thing is that it is not showing up on wd2go web access. My orignial is showing up, but the second one isn’t. Not sure why it works on my android and not on wd2go. I have cloud access enabled. Can you not have two cloud devices associated with the same email address??

Yes, you can have multiple drives on the same wd2go account.

Might be a dumb question, but:  have you actually registred the second my cloud NAS to the account yet?

Simply enabling remote access won’t do it.
