New MacBook Pro on OS Sierra 10.12.6

please help. I use a my cloud drive plugged into the router.
I have a Mac desktop with soft ware to access the drive and also an old MacBook Air with similar access.
However I just bought a Mac book pro and I can’t even find the app on the App Store. The software on the WD support doesn’t seem to work either. I see lots of posts saying that they have had problems with Mac OS Sierra but they all seem to have fixed their problems however I am unable to access it.
Please help,
