New laptop hardrive not found in bios?

I bought a bare WD3200 HD for my laptop. I installed it and started my PC. I went to set up and it said no disk found do I need drivers and can someone help me please. Thanks

Hello,

The first thing you need to check is if your computer supports a 320GB drive. If it does, check the connections.
Internal drives does not need any drivers to be recognize by the Bios.
