New HDD Sata3 detected as Sata2?

I have installed a new HDD (wd5003azex) on my system.

The problem is that the system detects it as SATA2 and i dont know what is wrong.
Motherboard: P8H61 PRO

I made some bechmarks for the disk and here are the results:

Crystal Dew World :
* MB/s = 1,000,000 byte/s [SATA/300 = 300,000,000 byte/s]
Sequential Read : 269.803 MB/s
Sequential Write : 126.031 MB/s
Random Read 512KB : 159.638 MB/s

Random Read 4KB (QD=32) : 2.972 MB/s [725.5 IOPS]
Random Write 4KB (QD=32) : 2.263 MB/s [552.5 IOPS]

Are those results correct? Is the hdd working and acting as a SATA3?
Please let me know.

do you have it turned on in a sata 3 port on the motherboard?

your hdd seems with good performance

use HDtune to test the read at least

you should nt worry about having an sata 3 drive working in sata 3 mode because until now with mechanical drives the sata 2 bandwith is impossible to saturate
