New frmware upgrade

Hi all,

i am using my book world edition I, i have upgraded into new firmware and now my storage device is not responding.

The light below is on and the light above is blinking.

My laptop cant find the device.

How can i solve the problem?

If something went wrong during the firmware update then you would definetly have to replace the drive.

try contacting WD tech support for that procedure.
