New Formware - Again?

I’ve still not heard from support 6 days I’ve not been able to use my drive for!

this is appalling

i shall think twice before buying another wd product in the future!

11 days and nothing from support…

If your permissions are shot (which is what it looks like from the tiny picture on the first page), have you seen this thread?  In particular the following page where a patch has been posted?
