Yes,stupidly me and now I can’t login to MyCloud and not being computer literate I don’t know which  to turn.

Any help in simple terms will be made welcome

What happens after you try to login. If you created a user name and password when you set up your My Cloud, what happens after you enter them. More details would help.

I have a couple, one gets me into wd2go and the other is to the My Cloud App and Admin.
