You keep losing the network share because you do not have a permanent master browser!
After the 2.03.20 update installed, my device won’t play any h264 files. Most of my files are in that format. Plays all the others.
Great to see an update at last although it sounds like the swansong version where there wont be anything else ever.
I rolled back the last version because of the memory bleed issues causing freezing and constant need to reset the unit. Mine is WDBHG70000NBK bought in 2011 and I absolutely love this machine because it changed my viewing habits totally.
So please post experiences with the new firm ware and your model so every one of us can make an informed decision about updating their units.
I updated mine some days ago. Faster startup and menus. But it reboots suddenly, in fact, every time I want to play a video on Youtube.
Is iPlayer fixed with the new firmware?

(if for any reason you have a problem or don’t like it … you can always Roll-Back the Firmware)
