Yes, and now my system is toast. I have a Breathing slowly, I can ping IP but can’t map to any drives. I started having the issue right after I received the email “Your Robert’s My Cloud Home Duo has been updated.”. Looks like BOTH drives spin and appear to be normal but will not come online. I feel the update may have destroyed both drives. Funny, this was only a few days BEFORE my warranty period ended and I did not discover it until after it ended!
