New firmware stuck at 10%?

I am trying to install the new firmware update but the install is stuck at 10% . I left it on all night but it was still stuck in the morning?

I have downloaded the update manually from this website but I cannot use it because everytime I open up the dashboard it starts the install and stays at 10%

Can anybody tell how I can stop it try ing to install?

Pull the plug if the dashboard doesn’t let you shut it down, then try the update again with the MBL connected directly to your computer’s Ethernet port to discard the possibility of a network block…

On the other hand, did you check the release notes ? If there’s absolutely nothing you need from there then don’t update the MBL; don’t fix what is not broken.
