i just installed the latest firmware on my computer, and now MyCloud is not working using my login credentials.
Do I need to preface my login? ie: cloud\user
it worked just fine for nearly a year, and now… i cannot access from my laptop. i still have accessibility from my phone and tablet. Help please!
