The WD Live TV works great when on Media Server mode, when I download new files to my computer, the WD does not see them. The WD works fine, plays video, shows the folder structure, but doesn’t see anything I’ve downloaded within the past week or so. Is there a way to force a refresh?
Reboot it, or select the folder and do OPTIONS - RESCAN

Reboot made no difference, and nothing happens when I press the “Options” button on any screen. Does it normally bring up a menu?
Oops, sorry… You DID say Media Server… It’s up to your media server to do the rescan, unfortunately…
