New Family Folders mentioned in iOS app update release notes

Hello,

I had a question regarding the recent My Cloud app update on iOS. In the release notes of the app update, there was a reference to a shared Family folder that would be accessible for all users registered to a My Cloud Home device (we have a duo).

When is this feature going to be implemented? I have reset the Home Duo, and a Family folder has not appeared. The current situation of sharing files though a link is irritating, especially if the device is being used in a family household.

Hello,

The “Family Folder” is part of the current My Cloud Home rolling out as an Over The Air (OTA) update.
You’ll receive a push notification via email when the Duo firmware has updated.
