I recently purchased a 1TB external hard-drive for backing up my files. I was told I could see it backing up and readily access the backed up files. So far, I can’t although to be honest, I really don’t know what I am doing. There may not even be a problem just a problem operator. Hope someone can help.
If you are using smartware to backup your files, you can manually explore the smartware.swstor folder in the external hard drive. To know if the backup is complete, from the smartware interface go to the backup tab and if the two columns show the same blue blocks, your backup is complete.
