New Drives for WDLD

Hi Guyz,

newbie here.

I just recently bought a WD Live Duo 6 TB, and I want to change the drives from the Green version to the 3 TB Reds, but I read a post that only the WD Greens are supported in the Live Duo, and I rather have the special REDs :wink:

Is there a workaround for this, as this would mean that if the WD Greens are pulled from the market, the Duo would also be “EOL”.

But really strange that WD doesn’t allow all of it’s drives in the same Size Range to be used in their systems !
