New Drive Warranty Registration Issues with site

I just purchased 2 new WD Blue drives, and want to register them under WD

I fill out the form, and attach a PDF file of my receipt.
I also tried attaching a .JPG image of my receipt in case PDF is not accepted.
Click Submit, and this is the error I receive

I have tried with the hyphen and without
WD-WX12DB0XXXXX
WDWX12DB0XXXXX

Any ideas on what could be the problem?
