My EX4 recently showed a failure in Drive #2, red light on the box and UI shows failure. Firmware up to date, Ran extended scan which also shows failure. The scan and the UI don’t even show that there is a #2 drive. So, I ordered a new shiny 2TB RED drive, hibernated my unit and installed. Turned it back on and after boot…drive still shows failure. Any ideas?
