New Drive Capacity Not Showing

Thanks, I’ll give that a go this week and see what happens :slight_smile:

@wdlive76

Some how, I know have the working 2x 4TB drives in my MBLD - fantastic.
However, when I plug in an old 2TB MBLD drive to copy the data over, it shows as 0 capacity, 0 used. I know that there is 1.8GB of data on here because I was using it recently and plugging it into windows 10, I can run programs that show 1.8GB is in use - although it wont show in explorer or DiskInternals Linux Reader to view the data.

Disk Internals says filesystem unsupported.
EaseUS Partition Master shows it as “unformatted” - I’m guessing it’s GPT.

Any ideas? I’m happy to copy data via the PC-Router-MBLD if needs be, or some way to get it to show up via SSH

Late reply, but the 2TB disk needs to be connected to your PC via a SATA-USB cable. And your computer needs to be running Linux or a program which allows it to read linux formated disks. alternatively, you could connect the 2TB disk via a SATA-USB cable to the USB port on your MBLD. The MBLD will mount it as an external drive and show up in Dashboard.
