Can anyone tell me what should i do please? - I have change both disk in My Cloud Duo and after starting the device nothing is going on, led is blue for few seconds and after that yellow all the time… is there some kind of steps that i have to do after replacing disks? How should i start it?
Have you tried to change the Ethernet cable?
Yes, but it wasn’t that, but from the WD they wrote me that the only supported disk to this device is same as it was 3TB Green…
