I have 2 WD Passport 500GB externals. One isn’t recognized or even powered when connected. I traded circuit boards and that drive was accessed. I now have 2 drives, but only 1 functioning circuit board. Does anyone know where I can get only the circuit board for the 500GB?
WD doesn’t sell the boards. Try Ebay or aother drive.
