I ran win Network Diag and received the following message: The remote device or resource won’t accept the connection. The device or resource (MyBookLive) is not set up to accept connections on the port “The File and printer sharing (SMB)”. Next paragraph: The computer or device you are trying to reach is available, but it doesn’t support what you are trying to do. This might be a configuration issue or a limitation of the device. I’ve been trying to get this unit to operate for the last three weeks with no success. I’ve been in contact with WD and it’s the usual re-set this, turn this off and on, but no one has an answer. How can I get the unit to connect to the correct port where it will work?
