Network Private Folder

I have had MBL for a while now but since updating PC to Windows i thought i’d get it kick start it.

I can gain access to my public folder via laptop. I used to be able to access my private network via laptop using ID & password. I’m now getting this

Any ideas to get round it.

Hello, welcome to the community.

Try disconnecting all shares from the drive and then restarting the computer, once you do this, connect to the private shares first. If this doesn’t work, go to the “Credential Manager” and remove any entries that mention the My Book Live.

lluna, how do i disconnect all shares to the drive.

Hi, you go into computer and right click on a share and then click on disconnect, do this for all the shares.
